Dolphin Technology offers a wide range of I/O that consists of standard I/O, bus interface specific (Special) I/O as well as high speed I/O. These I/O are available in Flip-Chip, Wire-Bond, Staggered and In-line style. IO Compiler enable us to customize the entire IO library based on process and chip specific options. We currently support I/O's in the following processes.
