PVT Controller/Sensor
The DTI PVT Controller/Sensor is used to measure the Temperature, Voltage and Process speed in silicon for the current PVT conditions.

- Programmable Frequency Divider based on the input clock (Maximum input clock frequency is 200Mhz)
- Flexible measurement depends on PVT
- Provide data for Voltage, Temperature and Process speed
- Easily access by APB interface to configure the IP, control the measurement, and read the status of each sensor
- Supports multiple sensors (Up to 8 sensors. Request Dolphin support if the number of sensors > 8)
- Analog voltages monitoring
- Voltage monitor range: 0-1V or 0-2V
- Synchronize between APB clock domain and core clock domain
- 9-bit successive approximation DAC
- Uncalibrated accuracy of +/- 3C
- Single point calibration achieves +/- 1C accuracy over a range of +/-50C around the calibration temperature
- Double point calibration achieves +/- 1C accuracy
- Analog sensor size of 68.7u x 54.6u
- Digital controller size: ~20k cells
- All TSMC nodes from 65nm to 3nm is supported for PVT sensor
